Very nice jungle immersion!

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I participated in the overnight lake tour and the overnight jungle camping adventure. The lake tour included kayaking, it was so beautiful.. I loved it. I also enjoyed hiking during the overnight camp experience.
I noticed the soft drink selection downstairs didn't match what was available upstairs. This limited drink choices somewhat.

The resort provides an atm on site. Filtered water is readily available, a great feature for everyone. The bar serves lovely cocktails .

The treehouse double had mosquito nets around the beds, offering good protection. The open design of the bathroom allowed for monkey viewing while showering. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelt nice.

The camp is located a short walk from the nearby town. Several shops and restaurants are accessible in town. The resort is situated on the edge of the jungle..

The grounds were beautifully maintained , and the food was quite good. The accommodation was great, yet the bed was still comfortable. I was able to watch monkeys from the bathroom because of its open design.
The service could HAVE been better. I suggest verifying your bill upon checkout to ensure accuracy. There seemed to be several billing errors , and it did not seem accidental.

The location near the river was convenient. I enjoyed the tasty food and its good value at the restaurant. The manager displayed genuine care and explained everything well. I appreciated the personal interaction.
